About Annemette

Annemette came directly from Denmark to Washington DC, where she was invited to study at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. After graduating she took up residence at the oldest repertory theatre in the United States, The Hedgerow Theatre, where she worked under the guidance of artistic director, Penelope Reed. Annemette headed to New York City where she studied with acclaimed Broadway and Tony Award winning director Vivian Matalon in his theatre master class. ​

 

She is proud to have been a long time member of Tim Robbins’ acclaimed theatre company The Actors’ Gang in Los Angeles. Work at The Actors’ Gang includes productions of BREAK THE WHIP, RED NOSES, OUR TOWN, DRUMS IN THE NIGHT, LOVE’S LABOR’S LOST, and BURY THE DEAD.​

 

A member of SAG-AFTRA (US), AEA (US), EQUITY (UK), SPOTLIGHT (UK), and DSF (DK).
